During the Cliff Tichatonga Chafausipo’s Presidency of the Rotary Club of Harare the oldest club in Zimbabwe and the second oldest in Africa, he was directly responsible for working with the youth in Rotary, The Rotaract Club of the Health Sciences at the University of Zimbabwe. The students would independently raise funding through car wash, blood donation, and would collect used clothes to satisfy the many projects that would have been chosen for the year. The parent club, The Rotary Club of Harare, would be responsible for superintending the activities of the junior club with the Presidents working directly together throughout their tenure to ensure that the Junior Club’s projects were assisted in every way to achieve their objectives.
